The Aloa loyalty programme allows you to collect flowers every time you book at one of the Aloa Vacances campsites. With these accumulated flowers, you can access exclusive statuses and special benefits.
New for 2026: from now on, every euro you spend on your booking will earn you one flower. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing Aloa for your holidays!





What are Aloa flowers?
Aloa flowers give you access to higher statuses and the associated benefits. You earn flowers for every eligible booking made at one of the Aloa Vacances campsites.
Your status level depends on the total number of flowers you have accumulated. The more flowers you collect, the more new privileges you will enjoy. To retain your flowers and privileges, simply stay with us at least once every two years.
What are the different statuses of the loyalty programme?
- Explore: Fewer than 2,000 flowers
- Silver: Between 2,000 and 5,000 flowers
- Gold: Between 5,000 and 10,000 flowers
- Platinum: Over 10,000 flowers
How can I earn Aloa flowers?
€1 of your booking = 1 Aloa flower
Earn Aloa flowers for every euro spent when booking directly with the campsite. Flowers are now calculated based on the total amount including VAT for your rental booking. This means that the calculation includes all services booked: rental price, extras booked, booking fees, taxes and charges. Expenses incurred directly on site during your stay are not included.
The total amount will be rounded up to the nearest euro. This new calculation method applies from the 2026 season onwards and is not retroactive for previous stays.
Group bookings made by a single person (i.e. more than two accommodations in the name of the person making the booking) will not be eligible for Aloa flowers, and any flowers acquired through such bookings will be withdrawn. Your Aloa Vacances flowers will be awarded to you 8 days after your departure, once you have completed your stay at one of the Aloa Vacances campsites. Please ensure you always use the same email address for your bookings so that your flowers are credited to the same account.
Example: A holiday costing €899 including VAT earns you 899 flowers.

What are the benefits of the loyalty programme?
Depending on your status, you can enjoy a range of exclusive benefits. These give you access to discounts on your stays or services offered during your holidays.
Your benefits are automatically applied when you make your booking, based on your status at the time your file is validated.

Subscription
To activate your loyalty programme, you can do so directly via your My Account area or by telephone on 02 51 230 230. Membership implies unconditional acceptance of the programme rules. Please note: Flowers will only be accumulated from the date your programme is activated. No retroactive credits will be granted for stays booked or completed before joining the programme. Similarly, please ensure you use the email address linked to your loyalty account when making your bookings so that your flowers are correctly recorded.

The benefits (discounts and services offered) are valid according to the opening and closing dates of the campsites, at all Aloa Vacances establishments listed below and subject to availability.

Validity of the programme
In order for the loyalty programme and its benefits to remain valid, the cardholder must make regular stays at one of the Aloa Vacances campsites.
In other words, you must not exceed a period of two years (from your date of joining the programme) without staying at one of our establishments. After this two-year period of absence, the flowers accumulated and the associated benefits will be automatically cancelled.
