If you subscribe to the cancellation insurance, Aloa Vacances commits to reimburse you in full*** in case of a general or local confinement during your stay! What’s more, there’s no extra cost!

*Cancellation insurance is compulsory to benefit from the Aloa Vacances exclusivity.

When can I take out cancellation insurance with the COVID extension?

At the time of booking, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to add it once the holiday has been created.

How much does it cost?

Cancellation insurance costs 4% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 25€. The COVID extension is free of charge! The cancellation insurance with the COVID extension will therefore be at the same price as the classic basic cancellation insurance.

With Aloa Vacances exclusivity, you will be reimbursed for the full amount paid*** excluding the cost of cancellation insurance and administration fees.

**Local containment = local containment of the guest’s place of residence or the geographical area of the campsite by order, preventing holidaymakers from visiting the campsite.

What to do in case of unexpected events in life?

How to be reimbursed in case of a generalized confinement exclusively taken care of by Aloa Vacances?

In case of a generalized confinement, please send an email to the following address  info@aloa-vacances.com with the subject GENERALIZED CONFINEMENT + Camping Le Beauséjour. Our teams will process your file within 45 days after sending the email with the correct subject. You will be asked to provide proof of payment. The same procedure will be required in case of local confinement with the subject line: LOCAL CONFINEMENT + Camping Ker Yaoulet

What to do in case of unforeseen circumstances or impediments related to COVID?

As soon as the Illness first manifests itself or as soon as you become aware of the event giving rise to
event giving rise to the guarantee, you must notify the Distributor IMMEDIATELY.
