The Aloa loyalty program lets you earn flowers every time you book a stay at one of the Aloa Vacances campgrounds. With the flowers you earn, you gain access to exclusive membership tiers and special benefits.
Every euro you spend on your reservation earns you one flower. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing Aloa for your vacation!
What are Aloa flowers?
Aloa Flowers give you access to higher membership tiers and the associated benefits. You earn Flowers for every eligible reservation made at one of the Aloa Vacances campgrounds.
Your status level depends on the total number of flowers you’ve accumulated. The more flowers you collect, the more exclusive benefits you’ll enjoy. To keep your flowers and benefits, simply stay with us at least once every two years.
What are the different statuses of the loyalty program?
- Explorer: Less than 2,000 flowers
- Silver: Between 2,000 and 5,000 flowers
- Gold : Between 5,000 and 10,000 flowers
- Platinium: More than 10,000 flowers
How to win Aloa flowers?
1 € from your reservation = 1 Aloa flower
Earn Aloa flowers for every euro spent when you book directly with the campground. From now on, flowers are calculated based on the total amount (including tax) of your rental booking. This means the calculation includes all services booked: rental rate, booked extras, booking fees, taxes, and fees. Expenses incurred directly on-site during your stay are not included.
The total amount will be rounded up to the next euro.
Group reservations made by a single person (i.e., more than 2 accommodations booked under the name of the person making the reservation) will not count toward Aloa Flowers, and any Aloa Flowers earned through such reservations will be removed. Your Aloa Vacances flowers will be credited to your account 8 days after your departure, once your stay at one of the Aloa Vacances campgrounds has been completed. Be sure to always use the same email address for your reservations so that your flowers are accumulated in the same account.
Example: A stay costing €899 (including tax) earns you 899 flowers.
What are the benefits of the loyalty program?
Depending on your status, you’re eligible for various exclusive benefits. These benefits give you access to discounts on your stays or complimentary services during your vacation.
Your benefits are automatically applied when you make your reservation, based on your current status at the time your booking is confirmed.

Subscription
To activate your loyalty program, you can do so directly through your “My Account ” page or by calling 02 51 230 230. By joining, you agree to abide by the program rules in their entirety. Please note: Points will only begin to accrue from the date your program is activated. No retroactive credit will be granted for stays booked or completed prior to joining the program. Similarly, be sure to use the email address associated with your loyalty account when making reservations so that your flowers are properly credited.
Usage and Time Periods
The benefits (discounts and perks) are valid during the campsites’ operating seasons at all Aloa Vacances locations listed below, subject to availability
Program Validity
To ensure that the loyalty program and its benefits remain valid, the member must stay regularly at one of the Aloa Vacances campgrounds.
In other words, you must not go more than 2 years (counting from your enrollment date in the program) without staying at one of our facilities. After this 2-year period of inactivity, your accumulated flowers and associated benefits will be automatically canceled.
