Changes to your stay

Certain modifications, such as your personal information and changes to the list of participants (except for changes to the owner of the file and exceeding the capacity of the rental leading to a change of the latter) are free of charge and can be made directly via your My Account area or by contacting us by email.

For all requests to add supplements or services, please contact us by email at the campsite address.

The following charges will apply depending on the date on which the request, which must be made by email only, is made to the campsite address:

  • Changes made 30 days or more before arrival at the campsite: €30 per booking file number and reimbursement of the difference in the case of a change of dates or rental units and a lower rental amount. In the opposite case, the customer will have to pay the difference.
  • Between 29 and 14 days before arrival at the campsite: 50€ per reservation file number. In the event of a difference in favor of the customer, this will not be reimbursed by the campsite.
  • Between 13 and 8 days before arrival at the campsite: 100€ per reservation file number. In the event of a difference in favor of the customer, this will not be reimbursed by the campsite.
  • 7 days or less before arrival at the campsite: 100% of the price of the first stay is retained by the campsite and the customer must pay the price of the new stay.

Change of reserving party: a €50 transfer fee will be applied.

The customer and his assignee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the balance of the price as well as any additional costs, fees or other charges incurred as a result of this assignment.

Linen and towel hire must be booked in advance.

Sheets and towels are not renewed during the stay.

This service simplifies your vacation and the time of departure. However, we would like to remind you that before leaving the accommodation you must :

  • Empty the garbage cans
  • Washing, drying and storing dishes
  • Remove the sheets (if you are in a premium mobile home or if you have taken out the sheet rental service) and place them at the foot of the bed.
  • Folding blankets on beds
  • Place towels in front of the shower (if you have taken the towel rental service).
  • Defrosting the refrigerator

Visitor (per day)

Visitors are not permitted access to the aquatic area.

Reservations and deposit

Security deposit

Deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival by credit card only, together with the balance of your stay (please note that the deposit will not be cashed):

The bank imprint used for the security deposit will be automatically deleted 48 hours after the check by our teams.

Reservation deposit

30% of the total cost of your stay: tourist tax, ecological fee and administration costs are included.
The balance is payable 4 weeks before your arrival.

Reservation file fee

Non-recoverable booking fee in the event of cancellation

Included in the rental price

Campsite pitch, water, gas and electricity, access to swimming pools and waterslide, participation in certain activities (July and August) and space for one vehicle in front of the accommodation.

Not included in the price

Payable with the balance of your stay 4 weeks before arrival.
