Late arrival service
Are you arriving outside of reception hours? No problem—our team will have everything ready so you can check into your mobile home at the campground with ease. An envelope will be left in a locker near the reception desk containing the gate pass, a map of the campground, and the key to your rental unit (you can drive to your rental unit until midnight; after that, access is by foot only).
In case of an emergency, you will find the emergency number posted on the reception door. Our team will be happy to meet with you the next day before noon to get to know you and complete the final check-in formalities.
