    Animal<\/strong><\/h3>
    • 7.50 \u20ac per day per pet.\n<\/li><\/ul>

      Changes to your stay<\/h3>

      Certain changes, such as updates to<\/strong> your personal information<\/strong> and changes to the list of participants<\/strong> (except for changes to the account holder or exceeding the rental\u2019s capacity, which would require a change in the rental itself), are free of charge<\/strong> and can be made directly through your My Account portal<\/strong> or by contacting us via email.<\/p>

      For any requests to add extras or services, please contact us by email at the campground\u2019s address.<\/p>

      Any request to modify<\/strong> the following information:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Change of stay dates;\n<\/li>
      • Change of rental unit;\n<\/li>
      • Adding one or more participants that causes the occupancy limit of the originally reserved rental to be exceeded, thereby requiring a change in rental property;\n<\/li>
      • A change of campground.\n<\/li><\/ul>

        This will result in the application of the fees listed below<\/strong>, depending on the date the request\u2014which must be made exclusively by email\u2014is received by the campground:<\/p>

        Read more<\/p>

        • Changes made 30 days or more before arrival at the campground:<\/strong> \u20ac30 per reservation reference number, with a refund of the difference in the event of a change in dates or accommodation type when the rental amount is lower. In the opposite case, the customer must pay the difference. For reservations eligible for VACAF assistance, reimbursement will be issued upon receipt of the payment from the CAF;\n<\/li>
        • Between 29 and 14 days before arrival at the campground:<\/strong> \u20ac50 per reservation reference number. If the actual cost is lower than the amount paid, the campground will not issue a refund for the difference. If the actual cost is higher, the guest must pay the difference;\n<\/li>
        • Between 13 and 8 days before arrival at the campground:<\/strong> \u20ac100 per reservation reference number. If the actual amount is less than the reservation amount, the campground will not refund the difference. If the actual amount is greater than the reservation amount, the guest must pay the difference;\n<\/li>
        • 7 days or less before arrival at the campground:<\/strong> 100% of the price of the original stay will be retained by the campground, and the customer must pay the full amount for the new stay.\n<\/li><\/ul>

          Change of guest:<\/strong> A transfer fee of 50 \u20ac will be charged.<\/p>

          • Assignment of a lease agreement to a VACAF beneficiary;\n<\/li>
          • Assignment of a lease agreement from a VACAF beneficiary to an assignee who does not receive VACAF assistance: the assistance or subsidy granted will be automatically canceled.\n<\/li><\/ul>

            The customer and the assignee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the balance of the price, as well as any fees, charges, or other additional costs incurred as a result of this assignment.<\/em><\/p>

            Rental of sheets and towel sets<\/strong> \u2014reservation required<\/h3>
            • \u20ac21 per set of sheets (large or small);\n<\/li>
            • \u20ac10.50 per towel set (includes one large and one small towel).\n<\/li><\/ul>

              Sheets and towels are not changed during your stay.<\/em><\/p>

              Other rental services<\/strong> – must be booked in advance<\/h3>
              • \u20ac5.50 per day for a crib or high chair (crib mattresses are not provided)<\/em>;\n<\/li>
              • \u20ac6 per day for a gas griddle.\n<\/li><\/ul>

                    Free, unlimited access to the campground bar.<\/strong> You\u2019ll have 2 hours of uninterrupted internet access there. After 2 hours, you\u2019ll be automatically logged out and will need to log back in.<\/p>

                    Members of the Aloa Vacances loyalty program: free Wi-Fi access<\/strong> for Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.<\/p>

                    Cleaning fee<\/strong> \u2014reservation required<\/h3>
                    • \u20ac90 for a 1- or 2-bedroom rental;\n<\/li>
                    • \u20ac110 for a 3- or 4-bedroom rental.\n<\/li><\/ul>

                      This service makes your vacation and checkout easier. However, please remember that before you leave the rental:<\/strong><\/p>

                      • Take out the trash;\n<\/li>
                      • Wash, dry, and put away the dishes;\n<\/li>
                      • Remove the sheets (if you are staying in a Premium mobile home or if you have opted for the sheet rental service) and place them at the foot of the bed;\n<\/li>
                      • Fold the blankets on the beds;\n<\/li>
                      • Place the bath towels in front of the shower (if you\u2019ve opted for the towel rental service);\n<\/li>
                      • Defrost the refrigerator.\n<\/li><\/ul>

                        Visitor (per day)<\/strong><\/h3>
                        • \u20ac3 per person from April 4, 2027, to July 3, 2027, and from August 29, 2027, to September 13, 2027;\n<\/li>
                        • \u20ac5.50 per person from July 4, 27, to August 28, 27.\n<\/li><\/ul>

                          Visitors are not permitted access to the water park.<\/em><\/p><\/div>

                          Reservations and deposit<\/strong><\/h2>

                          Security deposit<\/strong><\/h3>

                          Deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival by credit card only, together with the balance of your stay (please note that the deposit will not be cashed):<\/p>

                          • 200\u20ac per rental unit;\n<\/li>
                          • \u20ac200 for cleaning.\n<\/li><\/ul>

                            The bank imprint used for the security deposit will be automatically deleted 48 hours after the check by our teams.<\/em><\/p>

                            Reservation deposit<\/strong><\/h3>

                            30% of the total cost of your stay: tourist taxes, the environmental fee, and the booking fee are included. The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival.<\/p>

                            • \u20ac30 for online reservations for a stay of one week or longer;\n<\/li>
