      Changes to your holiday<\/h3>

      Certain changes, such as your personal details and changes to the list of participants (except for changes to the holder of the file and exceeding the capacity of the accommodation leading to a change of accommodation) are free of charge and can be made directly via your My Account area or by contacting us by email.<\/p>

      For all requests to add supplements or services, please contact us by email at the campsite address.<\/p>

      Any request to modify the following information<\/strong> :<\/p>

      • Change of holiday dates\n<\/li>
      • Change of rentals\n<\/li>
      • Addition of one or more participants resulting in the accommodation capacity of the rental initially booked being exceeded, and therefore a change of rental accommodation.\n<\/li>
      • Change of campsite\n<\/li><\/ul>

        The following charges will apply<\/strong> depending on the date on which the request, which must be made by email only, is made to the campsite address:<\/p>

        • Changes made 30 days or more before arrival at the campsite:<\/strong> \u20ac30 per booking number and reimbursement of the difference if the dates or accommodation are changed and the rental price is lower. In the opposite case, the customer will have to pay the difference. For bookings benefiting from VACAF aid, the refund will be made after receipt of the payment from the CAF.\n<\/li>
        • Between 29 and 14 days before arrival at the campsite: <\/strong>\u20ac50 per booking number. If there is a difference in favour of the customer, this will not be reimbursed by the campsite.\n<\/li>
        • Between 13 and 8 days before arrival at the campsite:<\/strong> \u20ac100 per booking number. If the difference is in the customer’s favour, it will not be reimbursed by the campsite.\n<\/li>
        • 7 days or less before arrival at the campsite:<\/strong> 100% of the price of the first stay is retained by the campsite and the customer must pay the price of the new stay.\n<\/li><\/ul>

          Change of reserving party:<\/strong> a \u20ac50 transfer fee will be applied.<\/p>

          • Transfer of a rental contract to a VACAF beneficiary\n<\/li>
          • Transfer of a rental contract from a VACAF beneficiary to a transferee without VACAF aid, the aid or subsidy granted will be automatically cancelled.\n<\/li><\/ul>

            The customer and his assignee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the balance of the price as well as any costs, fees or other additional costs incurred as a result of this assignment.<\/em><\/p><\/div><\/div>

            Linen and towel hire<\/strong> – <\/strong>must be booked in advance.<\/h3>
            • 21\u20ac for a set of sheets (large or small)\n<\/li>
            • 10.50\u20ac towel kit (includes one large and one small towel)\n<\/li><\/ul>

              Sheets and towels are not renewed during the stay.<\/em><\/p>

                          Deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival by credit card only, together with the balance of your stay (please note that the deposit will not be cashed):<\/p>

                            The bank imprint used for the security deposit will be automatically deleted 48 hours after the check by our teams.<\/em><\/p>

                            30% of the total cost of your stay: tourist tax, ecological fee and administration costs are included.
                            The balance is payable 4 weeks before your arrival.<\/p>
